Sara Bryant knew from an early age what she wanted to do with her life. As a 7th grader Sara dreamed of becoming a hair stylist, and fortunately her high school offered cosmetology classes where she began taking courses at 15 years old. After completing high school, she moved to Knoxville to finish her schooling, where she eventually she took a job as a stylist. For the first seven years of her career she worked hard to apply herself in all aspects, and that hard work paid off when she received the title of master stylist at her salon of five years.
Life then took Sara and her husband from Knoxville to Nashville in the summer of 2013. With moving to a new town and having to rebuild a clientele, she felt it was time to take her skills in a fresh direction. Sara would tell you her only regret in life was that she didn't complete an apprenticeship under a master stylist early in her career. So, she decided to seek out salons with apprentice programs and accomplish something she had always wanted to do. She was offered a position at Dion’s South and jumped at the opportunity. She spent months training under the owner and master stylist, Richard Dion, while also gaining a lot of inspiration from other stylists in the salon. Sara would say her specialty services are men's cuts.
When she's not in the salon, you can find her spending time with friends, family, and listening to every genre of music. From John Williams to Daft punk, Genesis to Linkin Park- Sara enjoys a variety of music!
